New Bookmarklets

To see what the Re:Poste bookmarklet will be like, drag the links below to your bookmarks bar or right-click and add to bookmarks. You may get a security warning; if so, just click through it. Then go to cnn.com and click on the bookmark. You should see an interface prototype appear on top of the page you have loaded--while this is currently a live interface, it is only loading sample text and is the same no matter where you launch it from. The user version of the bookmarklet is read-only, while the contributor version also has controls for rating the article, rating other contributors' comments, and adding new comments.

This version only works in Internet Explorer for Windows or Mozilla-based browsers (Firefox, Camino, or a recent version of Netscape.)
